For more than 30 years, Paul has been involved in numerous positions in the healthcare sector. His first position was with Baxter and it was there that he was educated about bleeding disorders, and the issues that face this community.

Most of his career has been spent as a senior manager of home healthcare companies, with an emphasis in nursing and home infusion specialties at Kimberly Quality Care, Home Technology Healthcare and Auxi Health. His areas of specialization include managing multiple-site operations, leading acquisition and consolidation processes, writing business plans, leading capital funding processes, and mentoring associates to enhance performance. At Baxter and American Hospital Supply, Paul’s emphasis was on sales and sales management including national accounts.
