Dedicated to Making a Difference

I was born and diagnosed with severe hemophilia factor VIII and later acquired inhibitors, but through the blessings of ITT, conquered those same inhibitors. A tough task for me at a young age was deciphering my own insurance woe's and managing my condition--all while in the transition stage of my life. The knowledge and confidence I acquired in having to handle my situation with a community of support gave me great inspiration to help other young hemophiliacs conquer their adversities as well.

At a young age, I was introduced to the community behind hemophilia and grew to appreciate the history, knowledge, and difference they made in my life. Working closely with my local chapter I advocate for the importance of our community, knowing the difference that they can make. Having the opportunity at Matrix Health to make a difference in the lives of patients is one that I embrace. The amazing staff of Matrix Health continues to make that difference for every patient.
