Meet our Region Managers!

Dave Burgeson | Naples, FL
Region Manager

As a Region Manager for Matrix Health, Dave oversees Regional Care Coordinators in Florida, Texas and Idaho. He has come to appreciate the scores, maybe hundreds of people he has met in past years and has learned that each individual and each family has their own needs, worries, and concerns. Dave expresses how he feels he has greatly benefitted from all the wonderful people he has been involved with in this community. He finds it to be a great pleasure to be teamed up with friends and co-workers at Matrix Health to find the way to help all who ask, in the unique way that they need, to deal with the challenges of a bleeding disorder. Volunteering and working within the hemophilia community has been very rewarding for Dave. Barbara, Dave's wife, was the President of the Hemophilia Foundation of Greater Florida for several years, resigning only when he took a job with a specialty pharmacy that supplied factor to bleeding disorder patients. It is largely because of his participation as a volunteer that Dave learned that no two families are alike. Hemophilia is an equal opportunity disorder. Anyone from any financial situation, social condition, any color, or religion may find himself or herself having to deal with a bleeding disorder in their family, and Dave is eager to offer his support in every way possible.
